View NVMe/TCP ports

Unisphere provides monitoring and management for Non-Volatile Memory Express (NVMe/TCP) directors, NVMe/TCP ports, NVMe/TCP endpoints, IP interfaces, and IP routes.

Steps

  1. Select a storage system that is running PowerMaxOS 10 (6079).
  2. Select System > iSCSI+NVMe and click NVME tab to open the NVMe dashboard.
  3. Click NVMe/TCP Ports to open the NVMe/TCP Ports list view and select a specific director to filter the list.
The following properties display, depending on the operating environment:
Director The name of the NVMe/TCP director.
Port The NVMe/TCP physical port number associated with the director.
Status The status of the physical port (offline or online).
IP Interfaces The total number of IP interfaces associated with the physical port.
NVMe/TCP Endpoints The number of NVMe/TCP endpoints that are attached to the IP interfaces.
Volumes The total number of volumes that are mapped to all NVMe/TCP endpoints on that port.

To see more information about a NVMe/TCP port, select it and click Details icon.

    The following parameters are displayed:

    • Director—The name of the NVMe/TCP director
    • Status—The status of the physical port (offline or online)
    • IP Interfaces—The total number of IP interfaces that are associated with the physical port
    • Attached NVMe/TCP Endpoints—The number of NVMe/TCP endpoints that are attached to the IP interfaces
    • Volumes—The total number of volumes that are mapped to all NVMe/TCP endpoints on that port
    • Speed GB/Sec—The port speed (in GB per seconds)

The following controls are available, depending on the operating environment:
